Some days back Three people were captured in the city of Abuja for enrolling some Sim card in an open place. Mr. Salisu Abdu, who is the Head of Authorization Unit at the Nigerian Correspondences Commission (NCC), earlier today said; .
He additionally said that a 5million naira will be pummeled from any system administrator who ignore the order given by the federal government retracting SIM registration in open places.
"Government through the commission had issued a mandate to all telecom administrators since last year in the month of November to prevent their specialists from enlisting SIM cards under umbrellas and in stands viable from February 1, this year 2017."
